We Our financial literacy content is intended to support understanding of money management and financial concepts.

We do not provide:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Legal advice

  • Personal financial guidance

Synergy STEM Partners is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

❋ Payment Terms

  • Invoices will be issued prior to or following delivery (as agreed)

  • Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date

  • Late payments may incur additional charges

❋ Safeguarding

  • All workshops are delivered in line with school safeguarding procedures

  • A member of school staff must be present at all times

  • Responsibility for student behaviour and safeguarding remains with the school.

❋ Health & Safety

We take reasonable steps to ensure workshops are delivered safely.

However:

  • Schools are responsible for ensuring a safe environment

  • Students must follow instructions during activities

  • Synergy STEM Partners is not liable for misuse of materials or failure to follow guidance

❋ Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance

If cancelled within 7 days:

  • A cancellation fee may apply (up to 50%)

If cancelled within 48 hours:

  • The full fee may be charged

We will always aim to offer rescheduling where possible.

While all reasonable care is taken:

  • Synergy STEM Partners accepts no liability for decisions made based on workshop content

  • Workshops are delivered for educational purposes only

  • We are not responsible for outcomes beyond the session

Photography & Media

No photos or recordings will be taken without prior agreement Schools are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions

Agreement

By booking a workshop or submitting an enquiry, schools agree to these terms and policies.

Changes to Workshops

We reserve the right to:

  • Adapt workshop content where necessary

  • Adjust delivery to suit group size, format, or circumstances
