At Synergy STEM Partners, we believe that communication, confidence, and authenticity are just as important as experience.

As part of our recruitment process, we ask selected applicants to submit a short video introduction using Loom (or a similar platform). This allows us to better understand your communication style, approach, and suitability for working with learners, schools, and industry partners.
