Synergy STEM CIC is our Community Interest Company, established to ensure that individuals and communities can access high-quality opportunities regardless of their background or circumstances.
Through the CIC, we develop and deliver programmes designed to improve access to STEM, employability, skills development, financial capability and progression opportunities.
Our work particularly focuses on creating opportunities for young people, families, individuals facing barriers to employment and communities that may be underrepresented within STEM and professional careers.
