Service levels vary by tier and may include speed to shortlist, level of screening, exclusivity, and replacement guarantee.

Our recruitment fees reflect the level of search, urgency, exclusivity, and hiring risk reduction required. Fees are agreed following a short vacancy scoping discussion.

Replacement Guarantees

All permanent placements include a replacement guarantee. The duration is aligned to the recruitment tier selected and confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Separation from Funded Programmes

Our recruitment services are delivered separately from any publicly funded Skills Bootcamp or training provision.

No recruitment or placement fees are charged for employers recruiting learners directly from funded Skills Bootcamp programmes.
