Permanent Recruitment Fee
Our standard recruitment fee is:
20% of the candidate’s first-year gross annual salary
This fee becomes payable once the successful candidate begins employment with the client organisation.

Placement Guarantee
To provide confidence in every placement, we offer a guarantee period:
Education roles: 12-week replacement guarantee
Commercial STEM roles: 8-week replacement guarantee
If a candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we will work with the client to identify a suitable replacement in accordance with our Terms of Business.
