At Synergy STEM Partners, our workshops are designed to be engaging, practical, and aligned with real-world applications.

Each session combines interactive activities, discussion, and real-life context, ensuring students are actively involved and able to apply their learning.

Workshops are tailored to suit:

Delivery Formats.

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your school timetable and requirements:

🎤 Assembly Workshops

  • Delivered in a hall or large space

  • Suitable for up to 60 students per session

  • 60–90 minutes

  • Ideal for awareness, enrichment, and careers sessions

👉 Sessions are intentionally capped to ensure high levels of engagement, safety, and quality delivery

🧪 Classroom Workshops

  • Smaller groups (typically 20–30 students)

  • Hands-on, activity-based learning

  • Deeper engagement and skill development

📅 Workshop Packages.

  • Single workshop (60–90 minutes)

  • Half day (up to 3 workshops)

  • Full day (up to 5 workshops)

  • Enrichment days and bespoke programmes

Workshop Structure.

A typical session includes:

  1. Introduction – Context, real-world links, and objectives

  2. Interactive Activity / Challenge – Practical, hands-on learning

  3. Discussion & Reflection – Key learning points

  4. Careers & Real-Life Application – Linking to future pathways

What the School Needs to Provide.

To ensure smooth delivery, we ask schools to provide:

  • A suitable space (classroom or hall depending on format)

  • Basic equipment such as tables, chairs, and projector (if available)

  • Staff presence during sessions (see safeguarding policy)

We will provide all necessary workshop materials unless otherwise agreed.

Group Sizes & Safety.

  • Assembly sessions: maximum 60 students per session

  • Classroom sessions: 20–30 students

These limits are in place to ensure:

  • Safe delivery

  • High levels of engagement

  • Effective learning outcomes

Safeguarding & Supervision.

  • A member of school staff must remain present throughout the session

  • School staff retain responsibility for behaviour and safeguarding

  • We follow the school’s safeguarding policies at all times

  4. Booking is confirmed upon agreement

Before the Workshop

Once booked, we will:
