Synergy STEM Partners is an education and training consultancy based in North Wales and the North West of England, dedicated to transforming how science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) are experienced in schools, colleges, and communities.
Founded by Colette Affaya, an award-winning former Education Liaison at Airbus, Synergy STEM Partners combines industry experience with educational innovation to create impactful, real-world learning opportunities.
Our work includes the design and delivery of Skills Bootcamps and community training programmes that enhance employability, digital capability, and financial literacy for adults and young people. These accredited programmes bridge the gap between education and employment, supporting the UK’s skills agenda and levelling-up objectives.
